always disclose beforehand if your project request is for personal or commercial use.

for commercial projects, there will be an additional 60% fee.

i will always ask the client for permission first when posting our project on my social platforms!

i can take payments from PayPal/Wise/Bank Transfer, but can also use GCash for Filipino clients.

don't have enough money to pay in full? worry not! we can do 50% now, 50% later!

i will not start a commission if the client has not yet provided the full details of the project and/or 50% or upfront payment.

if the payment hasn't been made within 48 hrs upon requesting, your slot may be cancelled or given to another client (unless you have requested a specific schedule to pay).

changed your mind? if you cancel, i’ll refund the portion of work i haven’t started yet. however, there will be no refunds once i have started the pixel progress.

if for any reason i’m unable to finish your piece, you’ll receive a 100% full refund, no questions asked! :)

once you start commissioning me, you must be 100% sure that you've completely understood my terms and agree every single one of them.

if you are requesting for a rushed project, i will charging an additional 50% "rush fee" and your project will automatically be prioritized in the queue list.

clients may not request for any heavy revisions once the sketch is done.

for animations, please make sure to write your notes in full-detail to avoid further delays.

i prefer talking over Discord so any feedback and concerns can easily be received.

i have the right to decline any client/project for whatever reason.

keep in mind that my timezone is (GMT+8), so i usually reply around 10AM to 10PM.
